How do I access my program?
After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a second email with a link to your program. If you don’t see it within 10 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I switch programs?
Yes. Essential subscribers can swap their active program once per month. Stack & Advance users can rotate out any of their three programs monthly.

How does progression work?
Once you complete your current 4-week phase, your next one will unlock automatically. You’ll get an email with the updated plan or access instructions.

How do I update my payment info?
Click the link in your original receipt or email us at Liftlinkhelp@gmail.com and we’ll send you a secure link to update your billing details.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the link in your email or by reaching out to support. No contracts, no hidden fees.

Do you offer refunds?
Because our programs are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, but we do offer swaps or credit toward another program if you’re not satisfied.

I’m a beginner. Is this too advanced?
Not at all. We have entry-level programs designed for brand new lifters and people getting back into a routine. You'll be guided every step of the way.

What if I don’t have access to a full gym?
We have programs for all setups: home, gym, apartment-style, and minimal equipment. Select the one that best matches your environment.

How do I get my next phase?
Every program is designed in 4-week blocks. As you go through your program you submit weekly check-ins that helps us shape the program into your own. Once you complete all 4 weeks, we send you your next phase .

How do referrals work?
Each subscriber gets 3 referral opportunities per month. Your referral code gives your friends 20% off and you get rewarded based on how many people sign up.

What rewards do I get for referrals?

• 1 referral = 10% off next month

• 2 referrals = 25% off next month

• 3 referrals = 50% off next month

• Rewards are applied automatically.
